Review: Prunotto's 2016 Barbaresco Bric Turot is defined by a very focused mineral edge that runs straight through the wine from start to finish. The bouquet is redolent of rose hip, dried fruit, violets and crushed oyster shell. That latter limestone or calcium-like tone gives the wine a dusty and dry character that adds to its elegance and unique personality.
