It boasts notes of ripe and crunchy wild cassis, wild strawberry, and ripe/crunchy raspberry, complemented by hints of ripe/crunchy berries, violet, toasted touches, chocolate, lily, Sichuan pepper, nutmeg, toasted oak, and spices. On the palate, this wine is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with a silky and aerial texture that offers juiciness, a beautiful definition, a lovely finesse of the grain, concentration, tension, and a discreetly tight structure. The fleshy blackberry, fleshy black cherry, and wild raspberry notes are joined by hints of fleshy red berries, toasted hints, chocolate, almond, tea, graphite, and discreet hints of caramelization and spices.
